ROLE
As a Senior / Consultant you will be expected to be able to offer a full and comprehensive career consultancy service to a wide range of recruitment professionals. This is NOT a sales role. You will be confident in your ability to interview and assess the suitability for vacancies from Board Director to Trainee Consultant. You will also be confident in communicating with Senior Managers across the whole recruitment industry, gaining their confidence to allow you to recruit individuals for their organisation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- If you are great at building long term relationships, networking - then you’re the one for us!
- Have a proven track record of achievement in Recruitment, either Contract, Perm, Temp, Interim or Executive
- Be an excellent communicator, who is genuinely self motivated and passionate about offering an excellent service to both Candidates and Clients
- Be a strong influencer and team player who can think out of the box
- Works well under pressure, able to prioritise, multi-task and respond well in a reactive environment
- Live within a sensible commute to Skipton, ie:
Preston, Blackburn, Nelson, Colne, Keighley, Ilkley, Otley, Settle, Halifax, Hebden Bridge, Shipley, Bingley, Addingham, Burnley, Ramsbottom, Rossendale
