**Basic salary up to £27k

Client
They are a well established recruitment business with a large portfolio of Industrial On-site contracts across the UK.
Role
This is a new contract for our Client. The volumes can exceed 200+ per day and you will be supported by 2 Co-ordinators. You will be responsible for the advertising, recruitment and selection of appropriate personnel. A clear understanding of the employment law, along with strong man-management skills will be essential. You will be the main contact on-site for both Candidates and the Client, so communication, strong man-management, multi-tasking and working proactively will be a strong asset.
Ideal Candidate
**You will have previous experience of managing and developing a high standard of service for a large high volume manufacturing site. You will ideally have managed a food manufacturing client whilst being employed by a Recruitment agency.
