On-site Manager – Food Manufacturing Leeds
**Basic salary up to £19k
**Good bonus scheme giving a further £4-5k (no ceiling)

Client
They operate from a large network of offices across the country and have an additional 25+ on-sites, with turnover expected to exceed £50 million. Industrial Recruitment is the main stream but they also have a very solid and profitable Technical business.
Role
This is an established contract for our Client. You will be responsible for the advertising, recruitment and selection of appropriate personnel. A clear understanding of the employment law, along with strong man-management skills will be essential. You will be the main contact on-site for both Candidates and the Client. So communication, strong man-management, multi-tasking and working proactively will be a strong asset.
Ideal Candidate
**A minimum 1 year Industrial Recruitment experience (preferably on-site)
**Excellent track record of service delivery
**Smart & professional image
**Self motivation & a can do attitude
**Fully UK driving liecense is essential and a flexible attitude to working hours
