ROLE
Working alongside the Branch Manager and a team of existing consultants you will be joining a very successful team. You will inherit a warm desk and be tasked with growing and developing both existing and new accounts. Your key aim will be to build strong relationships by ensuring all client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive quality service. The recruitment and retention of experienced and reliable driving personnel will be critical in the development of your desk.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
**Preferably Driving Industry Recruitment experience
**Strong track record in securing new business.
**Excellent delivery, presentational & communication skills
**Honest, reliable and the desire to succeed
**You will lead from the front, be hands on, selling & recruiting and servicing
* You will live within a sensible commute of Trafford Park.
