CLIENT
This well known Healthcare Recruitment Brand has a turnover that exceeds £150m, employing over 300 Consultants. They are well established on the National Framework agreement and have a strong client base in both the Public and Private sector.
ROLE
You will be responsible for running a developing desk in either, Adults or Children Care workers desk placing them into contract positions with Local Authorities and Private Social care organisations. You will create new vacancies through both Tele-Sales and Field Sales activities to past, current and prospective Clients.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
**Have experience of placing Healthcare professionals (i.e. AHP, Nursing and Social Care, Learning Disability, Drug /Alcohol)
**Able to demonstrate a successful track record of consistently making the perfect match.
**Have a proven track record of developing new business and working closely with Clients.
**Be a strong team player who is able to display excellent communication skills and have a high standard of administration and professionalism
