Our client is an established player in the Hospitality Recruitment Sector. The team has considerable recruitment experience having worked for a number of the top specialist recruiters. Position
•Experienced Perms Consultant is required to meet their current requirements supplying hospitality & catering (Perms) personnel – front and back of house.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of a recruitment desk. The role will cover the full recruitment lifecycle covering both new business development and account management. You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record of developing large volumes of business.
Ideal applicants
**You must have previous recruitment industry experience Hospitality Recruitment (temps or perms)
**Be confident and capable of delivering exceptional service levels and have a proven track record of billing and securing new business, (ideally you will be confident in billing a minimum £8k per month.
**You must be sales focused with the ability to exceed targets
**Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
**You will be self-motivated and very proactive.
**Enjoy working within a team and have excellent communication skills.
**Be ambitious, competitive and be focused on big bonus payments every month.
