Our Client
The Role
The Derby branch is a multi disciplined office and is well established. The office covers Derby and Nottingham districts.
The Commercial team currently consists of 2 experienced Consultants and is currently trading online with budgeted expectations. The appointment of a ‘Billing Manager’ is key to maximising on the signification growth opportunities that exist across East Midlands and Derbyshire.
You will be expected to ‘lead by example’ building your own successful desk whilst managing, coaching and supporting the two existing consultants.
Ideal Candidate
**Have a proven track record of growing and maintaining a profitable Commercial Recruitment office.
**Be a strong sales person who can demonstrate their ability to secure and delivery high value contracts.
**Be self motivated, competitive, competent and confident in working to and delivering an annual budget
**Have excellent man management skills, with a history of retaining, developing team members to create a pipeline of potential Team Leaders/Assistant Managers
**Preferably live within a 30 minute commute of Derby
