Our Client is part of a high profile ambitious organisation, they have an excellent reputation in the Doctors and GP. They have ambitious plans to substantially increase the market presence in the AHP market. In 2010 they have plans to recruit an additional 5 consultants in their Manchester office.
Role
As an Approved National Framework agency endorsed to provide temporary AHP staff to the NHS, the post offers a terrific opportunity for an experienced recruiter to further develop their career and quickly build a large candidate list in a sector that is currently swamped with vacancies.
As a Consultant you will be tasked with contacting the NHS and Private Hospitals and securing vacancies to fill. You will be allocated one of the followings desks:- ODP, Dietetics, Chiropody, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Psychology, Radiography, Speech and Language Therapy. You will also be required to recruit, interview and select the qualified AHP to fulfil your Clients requirements.
Ideal Candidate
**The successful Candidate will need to show relevant recruitment experience within a sector that requires compliance checks on the candidates.
**You will have a proven track record of growing and developing and maintaining a high billing desk
**You will have excellent communication skills, have experience of meeting Clients face to face in a hospital environment.
**Be able to demonstrate excellent admin skills to ensure compliance standards are constantly achieved
**Be a strong team player
**Live within a sensible commute to Manchester
