The Client
**A leading provider of total recruitment solutions to the scientific, engineering and clinical sectors.
**Within scientific recruitment they are leaders in providing junior technicians through to senior management level staff, including QA and QC, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, Manufacturing, and Product Development.
**They also specialise in the recruitment of professional engineers for the process industries such as Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, FMCG and Food.
The Role
They are seeking an Resource to work in their Senior placements division. You will be responsible for delivering suitable candidates, for contract and permanent assignments, to meet client needs and maximise profitability.
You will network with candidates, to obtain referrals, for new candidates and leads for new client business, whilst promoting the organisation.
You will response to candidates who have applied to roles, search CV’s on job boards, head hunt candidates, search internal data bases.
As your knowledge and understanding of the Industry develops you will receive training and encouragement to progress your career into other roles, such as Account Management, New business development.
The Ideal Candidate
**Preferably have a degree in a science, or engineering subject
**Have previous Recruitment experience, or a Business to Business Sales background
**Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with people, on all levels.
**Be ambitious and proactive, with a desire to succeed.
