Our Client has progressed rapidly since they commenced trading in 2001. Turnover already exceeds £250m pa. They have become a leading supplier in providing workforce cost reduction solutions.
ROLE
To be a key contributor to the companies objective of increasing sales to £500m within the next 3 years. You will be responsible for the delivery of new clients within the Financial Services Sector (Banking , Insurance and Investments).You will be targeting clients who you have previously secured multi £m’s contacts with. You will research the target market, identify the key decision and establish business-winning rapport. You’ll also develop a sound understanding of our clients ‘solutions’ capabilities and take responsibility for delivering professional presentations to Senior Directors/Managers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
**You will be a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in securing high valued contact wins in the Financial Services recruitment industry.
**Knowledge of supplying staffing solutions to the Banking, Insurance and Financial institutions.
**You will have exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and technology skills.
**Be ambitious , honest, team player with the passion and desire to earn £100k+
