Industrial Recruitment Regional New Business Consultant –South Wales /South West

They operate from over 50 offices across the country and have an additional 20+ on-sites, with a combined turnover exceeding £100 million.
ROLE
Our Client has successfully introduced pure new business developers (BDE’s) Sales Consultants to its network of offices. You will be responsible for purely securing new business across a network of up to 6 offices in South Wales and the South West.
You will be targeted on generating Onsite and High Volume new business from Manufacturing, Distribution and Service Industries
You will utilise both branch leads and your own prospecting to identify new and competitors users. Arrange your own visits to pitch for new business. You will have the skills and experience to complete tender and bids whilst competing with the top providers on high volume industrial recruitment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
**You will have an impressive portfolio of valuable Industrial Recruitment client conversions
**Be confident and competent at tele-sales, field sales, tendering and creating proposals and then presenting them
**Able to work with minimal supervision, be self motivated, tenacious and resilient
**Have a proven track record of exceeding targets and budgets with strong commercial skills and the ability to close deals that are deliverable and profitable
**Have an in depth knowledge of key clients in both South Wales and the South West.
